Three approaches define my work:

Person-Centered Approach (PCA) — an opportunity to create conditions in which clients grow, learn and cope with difficulties

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) — helps to find and create solutions, rather than analyzing the past and the causes of problems

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — helps not to avoid a difficult experience, develop psychological flexibility and act on personal values

I provide online therapy and face-to-face therapy, in my office in Yerevan. LGBTQ+ friendly.
